| In October 1995 I worked for a while as
a volunteer at Sunseed Desert Technology in southern
Spain. Sunseed is an organisation which explores
technologies such as solar ovens which might enable
people in areas where desertification is a problem to
reduce their dependence on trees for fuel. After I left Sunseed I went to Mojacar for a while, singing in various cafes and restaurants. While I was there I met many people. This song is about one of them. Every word attributed to Cindy is true, as far as I know, apart from her name. |
